HeartSync is a relationship coaching app for couples. Because the assessments involve honest, sometimes vulnerable answers about your relationship, we want to be direct about exactly what we collect, who sees it, and where it goes.
Your raw free-text assessment answers are private to you. Your partner never sees them directly — they only see shared, paraphrased insights (like Mirror Mode) and joint scores that HeartSync's AI coach generates from both of your answers together.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Before generating any score or coaching content, HeartSync screens for signs of abuse, coercion, or safety risk. If detected, coaching stops immediately, a safety alert is recorded (so the program stays paused), and you're shown real crisis resources instead. That safety-alert record does not include your raw answers verbatim — only a summary and the fact that the gate triggered.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it. Self-serve deletion isn't built into the app yet.
HeartSync is intended for adults (18+) in a relationship together.
